i came to a dead end on google. try th zx10 section, find someone with a manual and get the axle size and length, spacer info, and do the same with the 05 6r you have.

bike bandit.com is a good place to compare info on oem parts, but the site won't load tonight.

i'm thinking the axle and spacers prolly is different but not sure of that

I'm pretty sure it won't fit cos of the rim width. The sprocket will be off, so if you get the right spacers, then the front and rear wheel could be out of align.

I'd say 95% no.
Why do you want to put a ZX10 wheel on? if you want something different on your 04, then stick the 05 rim on. Or if it's tyre size, a 190 fits fine. I run 190s all the time, never had an issue

Also interested about the same thing. Bikebandit says that 6R has a thicker axle! Something I won't believe, before someone checks that out.
why wouldn't you believe it?

the zzr1000 is thicker also
