I have some troubles with my rear suspension and I don´t seem to get it right. Does anybody have a setup that works on the racetrack??? Please help me with my problems and tell me what setups you have both in front and rear.
My bike is a ´03 636...
The bikes were set up for 130 Japanese test riders as the front springs that are waaay too soft. I am 72 kilos and have 95n/m springs from Racetech and a revlavling kit coming from Ohlins. The rear shock itself has too much rebound and the spring is very hard too. I also bought an Ohlins for that. But what you can do for now is back off the compression on the front and take off rebound on the rear and reduce the pre-load too.
These changes made a BIG difference and now the bike turns much better, but even the Ohlins rear spring is too soft so I have ordered another one!
