There are two bolts that hold the fork tube in the lower tripple clamp and one bolt in the upper that need to be loosened on each fork tube. Don't loosen them too far or the front of the bike will drop down all the way to the front fender, ouch! It helps to have a fancy tool which consists of a 3 1/2" x 9" piece of 1/4" plate glass to tell when the forks tubes are aligned. Lay the piece of glass across the fork tubes above the dust seals and below the lower tripple clamp. When it will lay flat without any rocking they are aligned. Tweek them by holding the wheel straight and turning the bars. Once they are right re-torque the bolts in the tripple clamps to 14.5 ft/lbs.
