Wanted to know if there is such thing as a rear seat cowl for a 1998 ZX6R. Have never seen one but really want one! :)

indeed there are. The tail section on the ZX6R's is the same from 98-2002, so if you see any of them online, they will work for you.

http://www.buykawasaki.com soft seat covers, so you can still sit on them, but they look like a cowel, for 9.95 in the 98-99 years.

They look like this for a green 98..

If you actually want a hard seat cowel, there are several aftermarket companies that sell them, one of which is http://targa-acc.com/ but they are fairly pricey.

Dude if you buy that kawasaki seat cover you might want to take it to a shop or something to get it done right. I couldn't get all of the wrinkles out of mine, and I used a hair dryer and everything. It's tough to get it to look like the pic.

Yeah, I just put on the Kawasaki seat covers for mine last week and while the rear seat was easy to put on with no wrinkles, the front seat was impossible not to have wrinkles on the sides. I am thinking about takin it off can cutting slits to see if that will help cure the wrinkles.
