In the UK, try anyone carrying Pyramid Plastics bike parts.

Could be listed under "rear light clip" or "rear tail light clip" and usually under bodywork is where those will be at.

Also specify your EXACT color, not just year, (for example firecracker red, passion red, etc.) to make sure you get an exact color match.
