Hello everyone.
I ride a 2009 Zx6r and I’m working on some repairs on my bike and I’m currently attempting to remove the right handlebar/ throttle. I’ve disassembled electrical stuff off of the part that’s unattached but idk how to remove the part connected to the forks. I see the bolts that tighten the clip-on but i don’t have the strength to get the bolts connected to the top piece off

Hit it with some penetrating oil, even WD-40 should help. Let that sit for a couple of hours and maybe put a small length of pipe on your ratchet for extra leverage.

Exactly what WildCard said, spray some WD40 on it, and then try tapping on the bolts to try and help loosen them up a bit, and help that oil make its way in there.
