I'm trying to replace it, but in order to, the bolt thing must be removed from the handle bar. How in the hell can I remove it, it's completly broken off. Is there some way I can prop it against something to keep it from twisting while I try and unsrew the bolt?

If you put a whatzit behind the bolt thing and prop the whoseabobbit against that other gadgit and kick it in the left one it should come flying off.

If that doesn't work ask someone who knows what you are talking about.

Sorry, I couldn't resist [}:)][}:)][}:)]

[:M8]Why, Why do pepole reply if they're absolutly no help what so ever!!!!!!! Its point less to me .

007, Those bolts are really tough to get off even if the clip-on was still in tacked. The dealer installs them with lock-tight.
I suggest you use visegrips and another person to hold the clip-on to break it loose. Even better disconnet everything from it and put it on a table vise.
