anyone know where i could find one for a '02 zx6r? i rode my friends r6 track bike that has one and it makes shifting quick a lot easier. is there a way i could trick the stock way to shift reverse? thanks for any help.
All you need to do is reverse the bracket/clamp at the shaft from under the shaft to over the shaft.
But looking at mine '01 the clamp might hit the cover so someone must make a new clamp that would give you the required clearance.
Also have a look at some other make bikes or different kawasaki models
there might be one out there that would do the job.
Also if the the shifter rod needs lengthening just get some 6mm allthread and two nuts cut to the right size and screw it onto the
shift lever end ,the shaft end is left hand thread. Simple <img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
