So this started about 2-3 months ago, right around when I got my truck so I stopped riding my motorcycle as my daily driver. It sort of randomly started, once I hit around 6.7k RPMs my right footpeg starts to vibrate. It continues until about 8.5k RPMs, I don't ride around much higher than that before I shift and I never notice it when accelerating. It's kind of weird, a nice little way to remind myself to shift but kind of worried something might be wrong.

Now I need new rear wheel bearings, they started to go in January but they weren't that bad when I was getting my new tires installed. Probably has gotten worse though. I do all the maintenance on my bike but I have never touched the footpeg or exhaust, not really sure what could be the issue. As long as it isn't mechanical I don't have an issue with it.
