Wow. I saw the thread title and my jaw dropped, turned off the music and prepared myself.

Watching the video and knowing that it was coming I was gritting my teeth. Damn!! He was so talented and so much fun to watch.

Prayers to his family, friends and the other WSS teams.

I feel so bad for his family friends, all riders who knew him, and I can't imagine the guilt the rider that struck him might feel. A talented rider has been lost :[

RIP.

RIP, he is now taking the twisties and on the track with the big guy in the sky. Godspeed our fellow rider, may God watch over your family and friends.

I was looking around www.speedtv.com and I couldn't find an article about Craig Jones.

Either I didn't look enough, or their coverage is worse than I thought. Hopefully the former, but I fear that it is the latter.

On www.roadracingworld.com it is the third article listed.

wow. Rare to see racer die as a result of injuries while racing. Last one I know of was Dajiro Kato in 04 I think. Far more common for riders to pass away on the streets than riding on track or race. RIP!
