rough idle and difficulty starting

Hi all. I bought a 2022 ninja 650 with 700 miles just about a month ago, at which point it worked flawlessly. However, since around the 1200 mile mark, it has been getting increasingly difficult to start the bike, and it takes mutliple attempts to get it started. It often stalls shortly after starting as well. Then, once started, the idle is somewhat bouncy, and the bike misfires frequently. This idling issue gets somewhat better once the bike is nice and hot though. There's no check engine light on, or any error codes, and the bike runs great under throttle. However, at idle, and at constant speeds in the lower rpm range (3k to 5k), the engine rpm is inconsistent. I've tried adjusting the idle screw, which has made it easier to start and idle, but I have to keep the idle near 2k rpm to avoid misfires and stalling. At the reccommended 1300 rpm, the tach bounces a lot, and it often misfires. I have burned through many tanks of gas, and the current tank is fresh. I'm thinking a fueling remap would be in order via a power commander, but this is a pretty expensive fix that I'd like to avoid for now. Let me know what you guys think I should do to remediate this issue.

It's too new to be running Iike this. Was the bike modified in any way or was it grossly neglected? I would normally tell you to check the plugs and air filter but there aren't enough miles on it to indicate that is the issue.

As far as I'm aware, no modifications. It looks like it's been cared for, I mean the previous owner only did 700 miles on it, so I'm not sure it's even possible to make it have issues in that little time, that's why I'm at a loss. I might just run through the usual checks anyway because I'm not sure what else to do besides that.
I mean if it sat it could have rodents or nesting in the air box. That's a possibility. You ruled out bad gas it seems. Did you check battery condition or terminals? There's a small chance of it being under warranty... Please keep us posted. I have a '21 with no issues.
I did check the battery, It's at 12.6 volts without the engine on, and around 14.5 volts at idle. I just drained the tank, ran it dry, then refilled with a full tank of new gas and techron fuel system cleaner (probably snake oil lol). The issue persists. Might just have to take a look at the air filter this weekend, and hopefully I find something, if not, on to the spark plugs I guess. I'm thinking there's a chance the filter or plugs could've been changed and perhaps the plugs are mis-gapped or the filter was installed wrong (I'm hoping at least so I can find something to fix). I'll keep updating until I solve this problem.
I like seafoam... Has worked for me but techtron is good too. Checking filter and plugs sounds like a plan.
