So i just got my 09 250R about 3 weeks ago and i love it! Just from reading up in the forums and browsing around online, it seems that the normal RPM's for a Ninja going 60mph is about 7K. However, when i am at 60mph, my RPM's say about 8.5K. The bike had 967 miles on it when i bought it and it has about 1500 miles on it now. I know that the 250R is designed to operate in higher Rpms like that, that's where it performs the best. I just was wondering if there is anything i could possibly do to get it back to "normal". I was thinking about replacing the sprockets to 15/44 to lengthen the gears slightly and reduce my rpms, but i am also hoping for any other suggestions. Thanks!

Oh ya, first post!
