No, but from reading, it looks like the way to go. I think that would be a great filter to have on the bike. I think I am going to go with that one myself.

Oh, and that is a real good price. I bought mine direct from Scott's and it cost me a good $30 more w/shipping.

Step 1-Twist handle

Mine should be in sometime next week. I have one on my new dirt bike and swear by it. That and a magnetic drain plug. If it is anything like my dirt bike filter, they are really easy to clean. Just a little carb cleaner is all you need.

Two questions..

What holds the screen assembly into the outer casing? Looking at the below picture, I have to ask:


Also, does the seal ever get dicked up? If so, can it be replaced?

Love the concept, just want to know these two things before I plunk over $100 down on an oil filter.
