Well, first off, it's hard to make a HUGE difference in seat height adjusting suspension, but you could start by backing off the preload to increase ride height to the max you can... of course this will also affect your sag, so you might want to be careful with this...

Next, you could add shims to the rear end between the shock top and the control arm. Check out a 2003... they come with a shim in this location. Remember, jacking up ride height will eventually reduce your stability although it might increase your turn-in quickness...

The '02s have a 10mm shim under the seat, that I removed because I'm a short-arse. That made about 5 - 6mm worth of difference to the seat height.
