Well the search function wasn't working for me so here is my question... Its just about time for an oil change, better to do it before winter or after, and why?

do it before. heat up the bike like normal and change that oil and gunk. how cold does it get where you are? cold enough to make oil thicker?

don't do it at all. the oil is in an enclosed case, it's not going anywhere.

trust me, i read it on the internet.

Condensation in the oil is from running....water is a byproduct of combustion...and any leakage past the rings can condense in a cool engine.

All that said...I change mine before winter storage.

If you plan to run your bike 1 time a month as some do...change it in the spring.
