It looks like the lower half is butting up with the exhaust pipe before it is fully in place. I called sharkskins and they say it "should" fit. and if i cat get it to fit to sed it back. any help with is one before I send it back? thanks

i heard you need to make the mounting holes.....maybe? does it hit on the bottom or near the the headers? what about the headlight, are the skins for street or track?

I have a stree upper as well as a track upper but the bottom is the same. The headlight mounts nice on the street upper. The lower is hitting the pipe right underneth the right footpeg. Im thinking about just cutting it so it will fit. dont want to wait 2 weeks or more for a replacement piece which will probaly be the same.

My SharkSkinz bellypan hits the pipe exactly as you described. Over time that spot has melted and blackened, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal. Attaching the upper/lower bodywork to each other can be a tight fit but not something that I really struggle with. I guess you could notch the bellypan if it really prevents you from fastening it to the upper.
