If someone has their torque numbers from a dyno run in 250 RPM increments from 10,000-Redline I could tell you when to shift exactly, with a graph too! Until I get these numbers redline 1st through 3rd. Shift to 5th and 6th aroun 13,500.
bump, anyone have their torque numbers from a dyno run in 250 RPM increments from 10,000-Redline? Please post for 2005-06 ZX-6R and modifications if any.

Depends on your gearing and how many shifts you're making. You might want to bang it to the rev limiter, you might want to shift 500-800 rpm early to avoid the power fall off. But probably take it to the redline.

If you really wanna know where the optimum place to shift on YOUR particular bike, you need to get a dyno run and see what peak hp is before it drops off.
