i was wondering what rpms are the best to shift at when drag racing?

bump, anyone have their torque numbers from a dyno run in 250 RPM increments from 10,000-Redline? Please post for 2005-06 ZX-6R and modifications if any.

Depends on your gearing and how many shifts you're making. You might want to bang it to the rev limiter, you might want to shift 500-800 rpm early to avoid the power fall off. But probably take it to the redline.

On some dynos in the mags a stock 6R makes max hp around 13000 rpm and max torque around 11000 rpm.
