I am replacing the plastics on my '04 zx6rr and had to remove the tailghts and headlight assemblies. While waiting to receive the new plastics i changed the oil and filter. now the bike won't start? Battery is fully charged, fuel pump kicks in but it wont turn over (clicking noise from relays? under seat). I was hoping someone could help. Thanks. P.S I just bought the bike and it ran perfect before this? Thanks again

uhm...you did check that the *kill* switch is in the *run* position??? but anyway, i think it should still start, even with the headlight disconnected.

On my old bike it would not start with the headlights unplugged becuase they were wired in with the tilt sensor so i had to connect them.

Yeah I think it has to do with my lights. The relay at the main fuse trips or clicks. I will get my light back from the body shop and see if it starts. I will keep you all informed. Thanks for the help.
