Too much! That's only a grand off of MSRP.

Just checked and retail blue book is $6335. That's assuming an excellent condition stock bike sold at a dealership. A private party sale should be lower. Certain aftermarket parts (quality exhaust system, suspension upgrades) are worth extra.

Factory claimed HP is about 96.
Top speed is about 155-160 (with a tailwind).
Claimed dry weight is 380 pounds.

02 zx6r RED $6700 5,100 miles no scratches, worn tires.

It sure is a comfortable, nimble and flickable bike.

1. What do I need to look for on this specific bike?

2. What are the specifications??

Actual horsepower rating:
Top speed:
Dry weight:

3. Links to more info on this bike:

Thanks, Mike

It may be worth it more if it had a whole lot less mileage on it. And the tires were in better condition. As soon as your start riding you'll probably have to fork over more money to buy another tire.

Way too expensive. Even if it's used, you still have to pay taxes and tags. So if you add that to that price, that's more expensive than a brand new 2002 ZX6R (leftover), at least here in L.A. For a better deal, check out the "Bikes for Sale" section of the forum.
