I did a search, but couldn't find anything to really tell how to install my flush mounts on my 99. Right now they are sticky taped on, and it's not holding very well. Do I have to drill holes to get them on? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

When I got my flushmounts, they came with double sided tape and screws. I opted for using the screws because I just didn't trust the tape holding my turn signals on at highway speeds. It's really up to you, but I would drill holes and mount em the permanent way. If you're worried about holes in your fairing, just remember,if you sell it, who would want to git rid of them and put the stock ones back on?
