fella's I bought some flush mount V front signals from lockhart phillips. The two sided foam tape does not work at all. Any suggestions??? I already tried servo tape as well as carpet tape. Nothing seems to stick on firmly. Thanks

What I did first was dremel out a little bit near the back of the turn signal opening to make a better fit for the light. Then I took an extra long screw and drilled it into the screw hole of the light making sure it was long enough to go through the bodywork and hold. I applied the two sided tape after putting the screw through the signal, then applied to the body and screwed in to the fairing. Seems to be working fine for me.
I simply used a little LEXAL flexible adhesive around the edge and let it set up over night.... wont have to mod the fairing and SHOULD be able to remove them if needed.
I have my Flush Mount V's on facing forward. I made a filler plate from 1/4" plexiglas that is patterned after the base of the stock signal. I put a countersunk machine screw into the plexiglas and then epoxied the Flush Mount V to it. I used a piece of aluminum on the backside across the opening to hold it in place using the machine screw. The front of the signal lines up with lines of the faring. The back of the signal extends lightly beyond the opening but it is sitting on top of the fairing. I shaped the plexi-glass to blend the shape of the signal to the shape of the faring opening and then painted the plexiglass and the signal base gloss black.
guys thanks for the tips
I used Epoxi and the glued the biatch on there. My tape was absolutely worthless so didn't really have much of a choice. So just another option.

Shtanks
clean the area first with a alchohol pad, they wont stick if theres wax or polish on the plastic(ex. PLEXUS PLASTIC POLISH)
