Where's your favorite place to ride?
I like azuza canyons, it's pretty close to me and the roads are clean/new. Pretty short run, but it's still fun.

if it were longer, IMO the best set of turns is on the 74 just east of hemet before you hit the 243.... ahhh how i dream of those perfectly banked turns.... just wish there were more of them.

Other than that, if you like tight stuff, palomar is cool... for fast stuff the crest is cool. but its coming to be the case that unless you ride on an off peak time, that its almost pointless, there are waaay too many cops in all the popular places these days.
