Hey guys, back again hahah.

I just stopped at a gas station and when I tried starting the bike again I didn't have enough power. I don't have a lot of experience with electrical systems. But after some google searches I think it might be related to the stator. I think it does not provide enough power. The battery voltage barely goes up when revving the bike. It does go up, but barely.
Anyone got some advice on what I should do?

Have a look for a service manual and you can measure the charge current if it's all in spec it's likely just a weak battery.

Measured the 3 outputs of the stator. Two of them are about 20 volts and climb while revving, one is 3 volts and doesn't climb while revving.

I'm afraid so. Anyone know how this could have happened? And also where I can find an affordable replacement? Can only find one for my bike at €265.

The stator is fooked. I believe the battery is fine. How do I check the regulator?
And, can the regulator be responsible for breaking the stator??

Look in manual, page 16-29 i had mine RR replaced but i cant remmember if that was for my r1 or my er6, i bought it from ebay for 15 pounds chines and it didnt work, bought another one for 25 and it works till today also chines

Just did the ground test on the stator, all ports make ground connection. Opened the bike up, thing is fried in one spot. Could the ground connection cause that? Or is it a result of the burn?

I think i did it (images shot testing on the top left connector. When testing the top right one all results were reversed. Which is good i believe):

Yes it is, I do know how to replace it. Im more concerned about how/why it broke

Alright then. I was concerned there was an underlying issue that might result in the new one burning up as well. Good to know it doesn't need to have a specific cause. Thanks man, much appreciated 👍.

Yes heat my plug from the stator was partially melted when I changed mine

That sounds like a short circuit

Some of the coils were burnt replaced stator and rectifier has been fine for 2 years

Did you do the same test as me to check if the rectifier was bad? And if so, what were your results?
