The wind just knocked over my Y2k ZX6R as I pulled her out of my garage. I went to get my garage door opener out of my truck and opps there she(Lady Red) went. The good thing is that the only damage to the left side fairing is some minor scratches but as I was was riding I noticed my new shoes were soaked in oil. Yep I cracked the oil/stator cover. The dealers state that this is the easiest part to break so please be careful.
Yea they brake easy..
If you want a stronger one, and don't mind losing the oil window, you can get awsome race covers from NRC, they make them in house and sell to race teams worldwide.
Thanks Cdn i will check this site out. I found a local shop that states that have a stronger replacement. The part I hate the worst is that I just changed the oil Mobil MX4 not even a wk and it only had 300 miles on it. Wasted $40.00 [V]
