Too cold to ride today, so I am sharing the supplements I take daily, after experimenting with them for several years.

I also take 2 generic prescriptions for lowering blood cholesterol and lowering blood triglycerides, based on annual blood testing.

I buy the Spring Valley or Equate brands from big box stores to save cash:

1. L-Lysine, 500mg, 3 pills a day, helps prevent cold sores, improves skin health.

2. Cinnamon + Chromium, 500mg, 3 pills a day, might help prevent diabetes, fresher breath.

3. Vision Formula, 1 a day, might help prevent eye problems (contains Vitamin A, C, E, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Lutein).

4. Bilberry + Lutein pill, 250mg, 1 a day, might improve night vision, I started with an expensive brand and 3 a day from a GNC store, then switched to this and only 1 a day after I noticed an improvement for my vision.

5. Daily Fiber pill, 1 a day, generic for Metamucil, 1 a day helps with digestion, but 2 a day cause constipation for me.

6. Stool Softener pills, 4 a day, generic for Peri-Colace, to prevent constipation especially since I eat yogurt and cheese every day at 57 years old.

Very good idea which is really helpful for the users in a cool situation. But I don't forget to take one thing in cold situation that is my warm cloth. It's much needed to keep warm thy selves.
