I am interested in the responses as well. I am same size except about 20lbs heavier at 220. I am using the Sport Rider settings but it still feels very harsh. Anyone know what the sag should be set at both ends? Everytime I hit rough road or a bump, my feet fly off or I slam into the tank. I am looking for a taught yet somewhat plush ride.

i would set your sag at 35mm for the street... after gettin the sag set properly your bike will handle much better... start by setting your sag then it's much easier to change the other settings of the suspension

A very difficult question to answer usefully.Suspension settings depend a lot more than just on your weight, how you ride is just as important.I would say learn more about compression, rebound, and preload. Then you can make adjustments to compliment the way that you ride. What one 200 pounder likes may feel terrible to another.
