Look in the owners manual. It ought to be there. As a general rule they come set from the factory at the mid-range. You should be able to turn the in all the way in and then count how far to all the way out then set it in the middle. It is more important for them to be set at the same setting.

Hi there guys and gals,I bought a new 636 last week the 2002 model and i have noticed that the adjusters on top of the forks are positioned different,what are the stock settings for these?
