OK, so I do not have a fender eliminator and am doing my first track day this weekend and I want to remove the license plate holder which looks easy, but I'm not sure how to remove the cable that runs to the plate light temporarily so I can put it back after my track day.

Anybody know how to do this?

Take the rear seat off and follow the wires to the conector. It just unplugs

Does it pull out easily? It looked to me like the wire was routed through a small space between the subframe and the fairing.
