ok, is it possible to must move the throttle housing on the clip-ons upwards (the cables point upwards or at a upward angle) so that i can have my brake lever lower? which would also me to adjust the throttle cables much easier. is it as simple as loosening some bolts and moving them around or is it more complicated?

ive seen race bikes fitted with throttle cables pointing upwards but towards the front of the bike. I think if you point yours in an upward direction which is the only possible you may have some accelleration and deceleratoin problems. The cables might not move as freely as they should. You could search around on the internet for some aftremarket race parts. I think the ony advandage is that they are more easily adjusted, but in you case you need the brake lever lower. Sorry if i was no help!

off like a prom dress!
