Hey I have an 03 636 and it seems after it gets warmed up and I ride for a while, I hear a ticking noise. It only has 1000 miles on it and has been serviced only once. As the rpms get higher it goes away. Im not saying it sounds like a problem. Its just my first 4 cylinder/street bike and Ive never rode one before that. I dont have anyone to listen to it besides the dealer and Im tired of being ripped by them. I really think its normal. Atleast I hope. Anyone have a comments???

Sould kinda like injectors in a car...

Do you have an aftermarket pipe?

If you don't, then add one and you won't notice the engine noise near as much. ;)

Mine has been noisy since day one. I just don't hear it as much now. (I guess I just pay more attention to the sound of my 2bros pipe now.) :D

Don't worry about it. It's normal
