I am newer to driving. Haven't had any issues for the last several months. Hit some loose gravel in a turn. Was going real slow at the time. The bike slipped out and dropped. The bikes not damaged that bad. Its a 2006 Kawasaki 250r. Now I can get it to start. Can't find any tip sensor. Spark plugs are clean. Nothings unhooked. The bike will turn over but will not fire up. Any Ideas? This has become my project bike so I'm doing it myself learning the mechanics.

Engine is flooded and/or the carbs need to be re-primed are the most likely suspects after a "tip" or what others like myself like to call "drop"

To clear a flooded engine you crank the engine with the throttle wide open and the choke off, also waiting for the fuel to evaporate can help.

To re-prime the carbs you turn the fuel petcock to "prime" or do whatever the owners manual specifies for priming the carbs. If you turn the petcock to "prime" make sure you put it back to it's normal setting once the bike is primed and running.
