i just bought a 03 636 a few weeks back and the suspension feels really stiff... espesially compared to my friends 06 and my other friends 03 r6
is it the shock on the back, cecause it looks like i could screw it up an inch or two the bike also sits a little higher than the 06

adjust your static sag and then adjust your compression and rebound dampening then decide if it is to stiff or not..

Dont judge your bike suspension by others as each is its own bike..
But the 03/04 were pretty stiff if your a lighter weight guy.

The 2005/06 6R are damn soft anyways..not for guys over 180lbs
The 6RR had better springs and quality suspension stock

dont have the money for that right now, i know on the front you can adjust the spring preload and rebound damping and compression damping but im not sure how it should feel

If you don't know what your doing, don't wanna take the time to look it all up and learn it and also don't wanna spend the money to have someone do it, then I suggest leave it alone. Better to ride as it is then adjust something and make things worse and not enjoy the ride at all.
