Is this in the owners manual? Or does anyone know the exact torque specs for the headers? I am installing a Full Leo System next week and want to be be sure that I don't over-tighten.

Thanks.

Heres a walk through by leovince for the full corsa exhaust, but the same steps are required but maybe the tail mounting and some hardware

https://www.leovinceusa.com/instructions/large/IM-7907-GB.pdf

You will need a spring puller to get the exhaust springs on, buy it in advance

torque is 13 ft pounds, dont forget to put the copper exhaust gaskets on the header's pipes

what did you end up doing with the exhaust butterfly valve cables when you installed yours? Do i just remove that cables and keep the actuator intact?

Nevermind i figured it out... i just remove the cables from the servo... no need to get the Ivans servo eliminator... pretty cool... Thank God for reading the Ivan's thread.
