Does this happen to anyone else?? when i hit my turn signal, it takes about 2 to 3 seconds for the turn signal to actually come on. By that time i've already made my lane change.

Sounds as if your relay is sticking. Im afriad the only way to for sure fix it is to buy a new relay. I believe the signal realy is located under the main seat.

You can change out for an electronic relay pretty inexpensively. Get one that's LED-compatible, and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
www.superbrightleds.com has them.
I think I've noticed what you're talking about, but not for a full 2 seconds- it's almost like when I hit the signal, it happens to start up in light-off instead of light-on. :dunno:

As a sidenote- your blinker is not a force-field. You should be engaging the blinker when you begin intending to change lanes, then look, then change lanes. Changing the order of operations of that very simple task can be fatal, esp. on a bike.
