I did it with some flushmounts. Wasn't real happy with the look, and when I destroyed one in a lowside, I just replaced them with stock.

When I find an OEM that's close to stock or looks ok, I'm gonna get a pair.

You mean like the stock mirrors on the Honda Blackbird right? If so, I've seen 'em somewhere as a new product for 03. May have been LP's catalog, but I don't remember for sure. I think they were generic rather than specially made for each application.

I was just looking at those last week. A nice set was only going to cost me about $70 canadian. They only have the signal on the front, not on the mirror part. I'm going to my local shop tonight and will get the manufacturers name.

Yeah that's what I meant. It does look sweet. But then ya've got some holes to fill too...no biggie I guess. Go for it man!

I think they look weird though, kinda like antenna'a. They might only look that way on an R1 though. Definately not as sharp looking as the Agusta.
