Tried using the front lift and the wheel kept wanting to go sideways then I realized the ends of the forks are not shaped the same. I wedged a piece of metal and that worked. Is that what you guys do? Maybe others have adjustable lifts.

Mine has two prong cradles that the bottom of each fork sits on. They are rubber coated, spring loaded and swivel to seat the best under each one. Not sure if you have the same?

No, I don't think mine has that. I did see a video and turning the wheel to the left and locking it in I was able to jack it with my floor jack to get it 1 cm off the ground and that will work. I'll take it off now and run to get the tires installed. I really need an adjustable wheel lift for mine or I'll have to get some sort of spacer next time.
