i recently ordered arata rearsets on 10/02/06 for my 05 zx6r. my credit card has been charged and til now i havent recieved any noticed that it has been shipped or anything. i got two of their phone numbers and none of them work. i emailed them and they dont respond back. im so mad!!!!!! so please, dont even think about purchasing from them!

I've ordered from them before and all I can say is they were very fast, have great customer service, and always answered my emails. Sorry to hear about your situation. Why don't you try and give them a few days and see what happens...after all it was a holiday yesterday.
