i recently bought an 05 kawi z750s, and i oticed today it has an aftermarket sprocket on it. its the rer sprocket and its a sunstar with a 43 printed on it so i think thats the teeth count. the front sprocket i believe is stock. could someone tell me where this sprocket helps in the rpm range? thanks much

I'm pretty sure it turns your rear wheel. Might want to double check on that one, but I'm 99%.:D

they may have just got a nice after market sprocket, that has the same teeth. In which case, it's not changed the gearing at all.

Less teeth = faster top speed, slight 'loss' in power
More teeth = slower top end, slight 'gain' in power.

im pretty sure sunstar only makes stock sizes...
Nah, Sunstar *does* make up-sized sprockets. I had a Sunstar +4 rear on my old EX500 back in 2005.
