Just picked up a 2007 Ninja 250 for the Mrs.

Can anyone supply the rear shock mounting hole length (center-to-center) for an OEM rear shock for that generation machine. We are looking to replace it it with an aftermarket unit (but from something other than a Ninja 250). She does not plan on racing it in MotoGP - just want some adjustability and rebuildability.

I have already searched this forum but could not find the length of the OEM shock. I have found other people who have swapped out the OEM shock for some different OEM's (SV650, CBR, Gixxer, etc.) but none of these mentioned the OEM stock length - only relative lengths like "the SV shock is 1 inch longer", etc.

Someone has to have one of these babies laying around that they could measure, right?

Apparently I was pretty lazy a few hours ago because it is pretty easy to measure the shock length when the bike is on the center stand! I measured about 12-3/8 inches so I'll call it 315 mm.
