I believe fender eliminator just gets rid of that bulky looking fender in the back, where undertail actually covers the underside of the tail (hence the name) while eliminating the fender in the process. Fender elimination is very easy and won't cost you even a dime if you have a dremel tool. You might want to buy flushmount signals, which will run around $25.
