I need somebody to tell me which one of these Hitch Pins would be the best deal to get as I don't want to use the Cotter Pins anymore and I heard a few people say they've had no problems with these pins breaking and they are much easier to remove when maintaining the chain. I've found these at Ace Hardware, but I need to know which one to buy, the choices are:

http://www.acehardware.com/product/...kw=pin&parentPage=search&searchId=18184400582

http://www.acehardware.com/product/...kw=pin&parentPage=search&searchId=18184554232

http://www.acehardware.com/product/...kw=pin&parentPage=search&searchId=18184535612

Also, which size is correct (I'm guessing the 1" to 1 1/8")? Thanks for any help[:p]

I read somewhere on this forum that those aren't as good as they are easier to pull out because the Hitch Pins have the "jagged" curves which make it harder to pull out and thus safer. I think a 1/8" was size was mentioned on another thread, but I can't seem to find that size on Ace's website, so I'll just get the 3/8" one.

I use the type of hitch pin that has the ring on it that flips over. I have been using them for years now and have never had one come out of flip over.

on th edit, mine is in the second reply. The lynch pin.
