Your absolutely right. That's why the cop arrested rnagerman too. He must have been a "second wrong" therefor commiting a crime.

And maybe causing a couple thousand dollars damage isn't worth getting beat up, WHEN YOU RUN, but the cop arrested the guy, so obviously what ranger did didn't really matter after all.
