I know its setup for racing but it has higher compression than any other 599cc bike. Most of them are 12-?-1. RR is 13-9-1!! Thats crazy high, it makes the same power as every other 600 but it has this crazy high compression, is there something we can do to unlock some secret power in it? I heard that its meant to be ran on the race ecu?? Can someone go into more detail about it.

Ignition module dials in 6 to 8 degrees of advance. You can get the race ecu or do what I did and get the powercommander ignition module and the quick shifter set up. It does come alive on the rr.

Most bikes are running a fair amount of overlap, more so than cars, and you need the compression to make the cams work.
