just curious as to how i would calculate the difference of a gear change to find out the adjustemeent i ned to make w/ the yellow box... i have an 03 636 w/ the stock 15/40 and i am switching to 15/42... also can i add in the difference of the error of the speedo from the factory to get a more accurate reading?

The speedo will read 5% higher after the change (42/40 = 1.05) but is inaccurate before the change.

For best results, use a GPS or highway mile markers to calculate the error with your bike, tires, and gearing. The Yellow Box comes with directions that explain both methods.
