Hello all. I just picked up a black 06 ZX-6R. Had it about 2 weeks, put 460 miles on it so far. Upgraded from a Ninja 250 and I'm loving every second of it.

I've ordered a f.e. kit, and euro style flushmount turn signals. Just waiting on UPS so I can install them. Anybody have any thoughts on upgrading the brake lines?

Thanks...

Go with stainless or kevlar up front, but leave the rear line stock - the aftermarket lines may make the rear brake too sensitive, and prone to lock up too easily. The stock rubber line "gives" a little bit and makes that less likely.

Goodridge is a good brand name, as is Spiegler (which I have). I replaced the single "y" line with individual lines from the the master cylinder to each caliper. Simple job - you can do it yourself if you have any mechanical aptitude...
