I am working on two ZX11 1991 and 1992(wrecked). The 1992 has a number of upgrades. I was hoping to combine the bikes, I just received them from Salvage and personal sale (of wreked bike-clean title). Can anyone direct me to web sites that define the model histories as well as what the compatibility range is for frame and engine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The ZZR-1100/ZX-11 "C" model was the same from '90-'92, so you will be able to swap bits over from one bike to the other without any problems.

The "D" models started in '93 and are different, but I don't know exactly how much different. You may still be able to use some bits from D models, but you won't be able to use all of them.

Oh yeah...

I forgot that Kawasaki continued to sell the "C" model in the USA for a year or two after the "D" model was released.
