Hi there,

I just put an remus full system on my bike that i bought on ebay but it seems to rattle think it maybe the sprngs holding in together any ideas on how to stop it.

so the rattling is coming from the springs that connect the muffler to the header?
if thats the case i would say try to replace them. i know on mine the springs are very tight and hard to get on without a bit of muscle.

thats a bad ass looking exhaust. Can I ask how much you paid for it? and do you have any issues performance wise? I had a full Micron exhaust (4-1) but the bike never ran with it on even with a Micron jet kit... I might have to look into that exhaust that you've got

I got the exhasut on ebay for £100 for the whole system and it is running poor at the moment but booking it in for a tune up next week so i'll let you know what happens.

try putting silicone on the springs....should stop the rattling
