Hi,
I'm hoping to take mine to the strip this Friday. I'll let you know how it does... From my experiance, 2.0 60 foot times are not too bad on street tires. I tend to be a wuss on street bikes/street tires though. I'd rather give up a little off the line to be consistant, which is the name of the game in bracket racing. The track we will be running at is at 5800 feet. I'm expecting mid to high 12's, but I really have no clue what the 600 will run.

PMI Pueblo Colorado.. Altitude 4500 index .9393
Best 60 foot 2.069
Best 1/8th 8.217 @90.68
Best 1/4 12.672 @ 110.87

Bone stock with a 225 pound rider....
I've never been a great leaver though, so 2.0 60 foot time on street tires for me is pretty normal. The bike ran just about exactly where I expected it to. I figured mid 12's so I was happy with that. I did not expect the 110 mph. I though that would be slower. I was happy there!!! Also I was very happy coming off the end of the drag strip at 140 and braking into the first turn of the road course at about 60 no problem at all. The ZX6 is 100 pound lighter than my last bike (RC51 Honda) and slows down so much easier. I can't wait to try it out on the whole road course Monday!!!

I'm probably really bad. (-:

Although Ive never seen a 1.60 something 60 foot time with a street bike and stock tires. I've seen those sort of numbers with wheelie bars and slicks though. So kawboy444 must be VERY VERY good...
Probably a lot lighter then me also...

I have an 03' ZX6R. I'm a 165lbs. When I ran the 6.71 the first time I had a PCIII with the stock map, the kawasaki velocity stacks, 14t front sprocket 44t rear, lowered.

I come out a 10,000rpm.

Since then I put a full RS3 Yosh and I had my bike dyno'd with a custom map. It pulls so freakin hard in mid range its crazy, but its been really crappy weather(air) here in Iowa since. If its been somewhat decent at the track there hasn't been any traction.

Second place in points at http://www.eddyvilleraceway.com/ My brother is right on my @ss though! He's got a blue 03'zx6r

Hi all,
I ran at PMI Friday. Improved a bit. Best et 12.34, best mph 114.02
There were a couple other 600's also. An F4i Honda that ran in the 12.9's and a new RR Honda running in the 12.5's. From what I have seen so far at our altitude, mid to low 12's seem to be pretty typical for stock street 600's with average riders.
Also made it to the semi finals before I red lit with an -013... The skills are coming back. Not doing this stuff for 2-3 years really gets you rusty, but it is really tough to commit the time and effort it takes to get good again...

I can't find my slips, but my best run the other week in the 1/4 was 11.30 at 122mph. that was at stock ride height and only a micron slip on, i was having alot of trouble keeping it down through second. this weekend i went up three teeth in the back and lowered it so im gonna see what itll do this wen. if its not raining, this will be my last run before the header and PCIII.

I have put a 42 rear on instead of the 44. All I was doing before was shifting before. I ran a new personal best this weekend too.

60ft- 1.6032
330ft- 4.3616
1/8th- 6.6486 @ 107.6mph

I was wondering if anybody has gone from premium pump to nutec, and could you see an improvement in times?
