Long term disuse and uncovered outdoor storage.....a quick death knell for any motorcycle. Verbal abuse is due the offender who allowed this transgression.

You post you replaced the fuel pump but....is it actually *pumping*? Have you verified? Is there a factory fuel filter? Replaced?

You've drained ALL the fouled fuel that was in the tank and throughout the entire fuel system? ...and replaced with 100% fresh fuel?

Those would be the obvious beginning service checks.

stator? What prompts you to look at the stator in midst of an obvious fuel system issue?

I'd urge you to get into your service manual section on fuel pump diagnosis...your answer will be found there. Very possibly a fault within the fuel pump relay...kind of the "brain" for the pump.

PS "looks good" generally doesn't cut the mustard in regards to electrical items integrity...specific tests exist using multimeters and such. Again, the service manual is your friend.

You DO have a service manual, right?

Yes I've downloaded the service manuel for the bike thanks for all the help and quick response I checked the stator because I've heard that when fuel injectors are not spraying enough fuel it could be cause by a weak stator
