Hey all good morning, hoping to get some help getting my bike back on the road. Cleaned carbs, cleaned spark plugs, changed the oil and still nothing. Any one has any ideas??
Hey fellas,so I took my bike out on Thursday and had a great time. Friday morning was going out again and Bike will try to turn over but seemed like I was out of gas but was not the case. So I pull out my carbs and give em a good cleaning, took out the spark plugs and gave them a good cleaning also. (maybe I left the petcock on for too long and engine over flooded with gas?! !?) So I changed the oil as well. After everything was done tried to fire up but still the same. Got me a bit stumped, any help is welcome fellas
If its turning over but sounds like you have no fuel flow you can try a "SMALL" shot of starting fluid in the air intake to see if it is getting spark. If it does not try to start with that in there you need to looking into spark plugs, coils and ic ignitor.
Update: checked spark and no spark on either side. Coils are good, ordered the ICU board on EBay now for the wait. Lol
